What's Included with Roadside Assistance?

Our 24-hour Roadside Assistance program covers all the essential services that you would find yourself needing when on the road. These services include:

• Towing your inoperable vehicle
• Battery boosting service
• Changing a flat tire
• Lockout relief
• Fuel delivery
• Mechanical first aid
• Winching and extrication services
• U.S. arrest bond certificate service
• Trip accident assistance

If you find yourself stranded for any of these reasons and are not within reach of our Service Centre, you can call the number in your warranty pamphlet or get the Roadside Assistance App. All you have to do is tell us the problem, and a local roadside problem-solving technician will arrive shortly. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Roadside Assistance Benefits

There are lots of great benefits to having the Hyundai Roadside Assistance program on your side. From battery charges to free towing services after a breakdown, the program comes to customers' rescue during their times of need. You don't need to worry about a flat tire or accidentally locking yourself out of your car; reach out to our Service Centre and, a service provider will come to help you get back on the road. Also, if an accident happens while you are travelling, the roadside assistance program offers help so that you can make it back home safely.

Customers who have cars built in 2015 and newer have access to Hyundai's roadside assistance services for five years regardless of the kilometres on their car. Hyundai's roadside assistance services are also available to customers who have cars built in 2014 and older. However, those older models have three years of access to the roadside assistance program.

How Long does Complimentary Roadside Assistance Last?

Complimentary Roadside Assistance lasts up to five years (unlimited mileage) with a new vehicle purchase.
